Shane D. Boatman (Principal):
With over 44 years of general contracting experience in the construction industry, Shane’s expertise lies in the development and build of medical, industrial, recreational, high-end specialty, school, retail and food service structures. Possessing countless OSHA qualifications and TWIC, First Aid, AED and CPR certifications, Shane continues to expand his education and knowledge through training and instruction courses. As a 33-year volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and 17-year firefighter volunteer, Shane is passionate about giving back to the community both personally and professionally.
Shane Bradley Boatman (Principal):
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Shane covers high-end corporate interiors, specialty industrial, medical, new construction, design-build, retrofit, and insurance claims. With OSHA (30-hour), First Aid, CPR, AED, confined space, trench safety and competent person certifications, his everyday practices consist of estimating, project managing, billing, insuring quality work, and adhering to deadlines and schedules.
Richard Kelley (Project Manager)
Richard brings over 35 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction tot he company. He has overseen projects as both a Superintendent and Project Manager. His other roles have been as Senior Project Manager, Pre-Construction Manager and Chief Estimator, as well as working in Business Development with numerous companies in the construction industry. His projects have included design-build, industrial, major retail malls, and educational facilities throughout Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Nevada and Ohio. Richard is OSHA (30-hour) certified, practices servant leadership principals and enjoys mentoring those beginning their careers in the industry. He is involved in the local Chamber of Commerce, Ducks Unlimited as well as being an avid fan of local sports.
Jason Gunstanson (Superintendent)
Jason Gunstanson comes to us with over 15 years in the construction industry. Jason has field managed a wide range of projects from 1 million to 10 million dollars starting from the first shovel in the dirt to the final details before closeout, all while upholding his crews to the finest safety and site cleanliness expectations. His proper management and leading skills have led him to coordinate safety orientations, meetings and other safety task with all subs and other team members in the field. Jason’s’ expertise in medical projects have instilled a culture of excellent communication skills communicating with customers, subs, scheduling and meeting deadlines. Jason is also certified in First Aid, CPR & OSHA 30.
Joshua Crisp (Superintendent)
Joshua Crisp, Superintendent for Boatman Construction. Coming from an Educator background; Joshua is a dynamic, highly driven, results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. With over 8 years of experience in the Building Industry. Joshua has overseen projects ranging from $200K to over $3 million. He brings a wealth of residential knowledge that has meshed seamlessly with our commercial side of business. First Aid/CPR as well as OSHA certified.
Chris Gutierrez (Superintendent)
Chris is a native Houstonian and a military veteran. He served 6 years Active Duty Navy and taking part of 3 deployments overseas. He has 10 years of experience in construction, from TI work to ground up project completion. Chris has experience on projects ranging from $100,000 to $3,500,000. He has served as a safety coordinator at his previous company, overseeing that all OSHA safety procedures were adhered on all company projects during construction. Chris has certificates in OSHA 30, and is a graduate of the Houston School of Small Business Project Management.
Joe Fitch (Superintendent)
Joe Fitch, Superintendent for Boatman Construction, has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, to include high rises, K-12, data centers and medical. Joe works effectively with client representatives and has a great sense of creativeness to find solutions on-site with challenges all projects encounter, and he is able to overcome these obstacles to keep his projects moving forward. Joe is certified in First Aid, CPR & OSHA (30-hour).
