Shane D. Boatman (Principal):
With over 43 years of general contracting experience in the construction industry, Shane’s expertise lies in the development and build of medical, industrial, recreational, high-end specialty, school, retail and food service structures. Possessing countless OSHA qualifications and TWIC, First Aid, AED and CPR certifications, Shane continues to expand his education and knowledge through training and instruction courses. As a 30-year volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and 17-year firefighter volunteer, Shane is passionate about giving back to the community both personally and professionally.

Shane Bradley Boatman (Principal):
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Shane covers high-end corporate interiors, specialty industrial, medical, new construction, design-build, retrofit, and insurance claims. With OSHA (30-hour), First Aid, CPR, AED, confined space, trench safety and competent person certifications, his everyday practices consist of estimating, project managing, billing, insuring quality work, and adhering to deadlines and schedules.

David Pereira (Superintendent)
As a proud native Houstonian, David offers 10 years of experience in the commercial construction business with an emphasis on the environmental and site work area of the industry on all types of projects–including high-rise, multi-family, medical, retail, educational, and industrial development and facilities. In addition to holding a number of safety accreditations, David is OSHA (30-hour) Certified and is a TWIC Card holder. He has substantial passion and drive for customer service and satisfaction.

Victor Castaneda (Superintendent):
In the construction industry, Victor has extensive experience in Civil Engineering and Pipeline Design. His progressive experience has allowed for continuous advancement throughout his career and as a superintendent, he strives to provide the highest quality of service to both internal and external clients. Victor possesses OSHA, First Aid and CPR certifications. Like Shane D., Victor enjoys giving back to the community as a 25-year Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo volunteer.

Jason Gunstanson (Superintendent)
Jason Gunstanson comes to us with over 15 years in the construction industry. Jason has field managed a wide range of projects from 1 million to 10 million dollars starting from the first shovel in the dirt to the final details before closeout, all while upholding his crews to the finest safety and site cleanliness expectations. His proper management and leading skills have led him to coordinate safety orientations, meetings and other safety task with all subs and other team members in the field. Jason’s’ expertise in medical projects have instilled a culture of excellent communication skills communicating with customers, subs, scheduling and meeting deadlines. Jason is also certified in First Aid, CPR & OSHA 30.

Elizabeth (Accounting)
Elizabeth has a strong administrative and accounting background spanning 25 years. Elizabeth has worked in teaching roles with companies such as IBM, instructing students on technical and non- technical applications. She has also worked with large scale schools and businesses such as UTMB, the University of Houston and AIG performing teaching and administrative accounting support. The prior 5 years has been laser focused on accounting roles and she drives results in project accounting by communicating with the field team and customers to maintain transparency on all projects.



Joe Fitch (Superintendent)
Joe Fitch, Superintendent for BOATMAN CONSTRUCTION, has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, to include high rises, K-12, data centers and medical. Joe works effectively with client representatives and has a great sense of creativeness to find solutions on-site with challenges all projects encounter, and he is able to overcome these obstacles to keep his projects moving forward. Joe is certified in First Aid, CPR & OSHA (30-hour).




Kat Waters (Project Coordinator)
Katherine Waters comes to us with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in project coordination. She has multiple OSHA Certifications including OSHA 30 Hour Certification and is CPR/First Aid Certified. Kat maintains a high level of customer service to both clients and internal staff that is in alignment with our companies core values.


Morgan Chambers (Project Coordinator)
As Project Coordinator at Boatman Construction, Morgan is responsible for supporting the project management team. She has over 5 years of experience in the construction industry with an extensive background in project support that contributes to her being an effective organizer and a supportive team player. Morgan is responsible for ensuring our standard processes and procedures are maintained and upheld on all projects.
