Shane D. Boatman is an established, 2nd generation builder with over 50 years of experience in the Houston area. He has extensive knowledge in the construction and design-build out of medical, recreational, industrial facilities, cold food and lab storage, schools, fire stations, tenant improvements, automotive dealerships, trucking facilities, and over a dozen dialysis clinics in the Dallas area. Also, experience in specialty construction such as technical testing sites, heliports, and hazardous material labs. Shane is the editor of the “Superintendent Daily Logs” in which many large contractors use in the field to help organize and log project progress, inspections, site data, and monitors the daily safety. Shane is passionate about giving back to the community both personally and professionally. Shane serves as a Director for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and is on the Board of Directors and General Chairman of the Corral Club. He has been a member and volunteer of the show for 38 years now. He also helps organize many fundraisers throughout the year for the children. Shane also served in the Fire Department for 17 years in Spring and Houston. Shane is the past Chairman of the Board for the Tomball Chamber of Commerce. Certified in First Aid, CPR, AED, TWIC, OSHA 30 Hour and countless hours of SWPPP training.
