Principal

With over 49 years of general contracting experience in the construction industry, Shane’s expertise lies in the development and build of medical, industrial, recreational, high-end specialty, school, retail, and food service structures. He possesses countless OSHA qualifications, as well as TWIC, First Aid, AED and CPR certifications. Shane continues to expand his education and knowledge through training and instructional courses. As a 36-year volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and 17-year volunteer firefighter, Shane is passionate about giving back to the community both personally and professionally.

Shane Boatman, Jr.

Shane Boatman, Jr.

Principal

With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Shane covers high-end corporate interiors, specialty industrial, medical, new construction, design-build, retrofit, and insurance claims. Shane has his OSHA (30-hour), First Aid, CPR, AED, confined space, trench safety and competent person certifications. His everyday practices consist of estimating, managing projects, billing, ensuring quality work, and adhering to deadlines and schedules, as well as building strong, public relationships. Shane supports his community by being an active member and volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo for the past 15 years.

Brenda Boatman

Brenda Boatman

Administrative

Brenda has 35 years’ experience in administration, HR and accounting background. Focusing on payroll and tax filings. Employee benefits and insurance. 20 years of owning and managing her own LP-Gas Company with multiple locations. She is OSHA 10 Hour Certified CPR/First Aid. Brenda has served the last 13 years as a Volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on several committees, as well as other organizations.

Jennifer Chambers

Jennifer Chambers

Project Coordinator

After completing her Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas-Tyler. She is also a United States Air Force Veteran who served overseas in Operation Iraqi Freedom. She has a broad area of expertise when it comes to high pressure tasks as well as keeping things streamlined. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and four kids and vacationing anywhere that has a beautiful beach.

Morgan is responsible for supporting the project management team. She has over five years of experience in the construction industry with an extensive background in project support that contributes to her being an effective organizer and a supportive team player. Morgan is responsible for ensuring our standard processes and procedures are maintained and upheld on all projects.

Joshua Crisp

Joshua Crisp

Superintendent

Coming from an Educator background; Joshua is a dynamic, highly driven, results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. With over 8 years of experience in the Building Industry. Joshua has overseen projects ranging from $200K to over $3 million. He brings a wealth of residential knowledge that has meshed seamlessly with our commercial side of business. First Aid/CPR as well as OSHA certified.

Dallas Deege

Dallas Deege

Estimator

Dallas has an expansive background with over 40 years of estimating. As an estimator, Dallas develops and maintains relationships with company vendors and contractors. He is also capable of handling the entire bidding process and coordinating that with management. He has been directly involved in smaller projects all the way up to $50 million dollar projects. Dallas enjoys playing guitar and teaching woodcarving classes, in his spare time.

Sybil DeLeon

Sybil DeLeon

Project Coordinator

Sybil comes to Boatman Construction, LLC, with over 17 years of experience in the Construction Industry specializing in Estimating and Project Support. Along with her experience she brings to us her knowledge of Safety Coordination, Tenant Improvements, Medical Facilities and New Construction. She has multiple safety certifications including OSHA 10 and CPR/AED Certified. On her free time, she loves spending time with her family, pets and traveling.

Joe Fitch

Joe Fitch

Superintendent

Joe has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, to include high rises, K-12, data centers and medical. Joe works effectively with client representatives and has a great sense of creativeness to find solutions on-site with challenges all projects encounter, and he is able to overcome these obstacles to keep his projects moving forward. Joe is certified in First Aid, CPR & OSHA (30-hour).

Frank Giordano

Frank Giordano

Superintendent

Frank has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry specializing in supervision, maintenance, and operations of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, surgical centers, and MOB's. As a previous director of plant operations, he oversaw and managed subcontractors and vendors while assuming a leadership role onsite. Frank is also certified in First Aid, CPR, AED, and has had countless hours of OSHA certified training. In Frank’s spare time, he loves being active outdoors and enjoys all sports.

Douglas Hammond

Douglas Hammond

Superintendent

Douglas comes to Boatman Construction with over 20 years of experience as a maintenance technician. He specializes in maintaining and repairing buildings, machinery, and various equipment, as well as making sure everything is up to code. In his free time, he loves being outside doing various activities and is a fan of all sports.

Douglas Robinson

Superintendent

Douglas has an extensive background showcasing his experience with various positions of leadership. He has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. On top of that, he is a Marine Veteran who has spent a combined total of 13 years between active duty and the reserves, where he is currently still serving. When he is not working, Douglas likes to spend time with his wife and daughters. He is also a lover of concerts, rodeos and is a huge fan of Alabama football.

Klara Rodriguez

Klara Rodriguez

Accountant

With over 20 years of financial and management experience, our Staff Accountant, Klara Rodriguez, joined the Boatman Construction, LLC team in August of 2019. Klara received her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and oversees the financial and administrative affairs in our accounting department. Klara’s outside interests include spending time with her daughter, fishing and other outdoor activities, and travel.

Leo Sanchez

Leo Sanchez

Superintendent

Leo has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has a broad area of previous expertise as a supervisor, superintendent, foreman, driller, operator and CDL driver. Leo is known for completing his projects under budget and ahead of deadlines. He is OSHA 10 compliant, CPR and scaffolding certified, as well as bilingual. When Leo is not working, he loves to travel, go fishing, cook outdoors, and attend concerts.
